I'm Nancy Hausauer, and I've been an energy healer for nineteen years. I have a passion for sharing what I've learned (and continue to learn).

Energy is the invisible foundation of our physical being and our health. Working with it--often called energy healing or energy work--can powerfully promote self-healing, physical and emotional well-being, vitality, creativity, and personal growth.

It’s hard to sum up in just a few words, because it works with a different model of reality than our normal, everyday model of reality. (Although it’s very harmonious with current science.)

But it’s not as esoteric as it sounds. A lot of it is just common sense--things you already experience and do on a regular basis.

With this website, I'm trying to make energy work more accessible to more people. Because understanding it can make a big difference in the quality of your health and your life. It can provide a path to a deeper health.

There are so many kinds of energy work, this website can’t hope to cover them all. My aim is to give an overview that will give you the context to understand, compare, and make wise decisions about incorporating energy therapies into your life.
