Cleansing is such an important part of energetic hygine

My very favorite tool is the crystal Selenite. This stone brings tremendous Light and transmutes many dark, dense energies. This crystal never needs cleansing although it appreciates being in the sun very much. I have a large slab of selenite (only place I have found these are www.crystallinephoenix.com) under my massage table. You can also put them under peoples feet or head to help transmute the energies that are being released. I actually sit on a 36 lb slab of selenite and have my feet on another slab to help transmute some of the energies I need to release. I have found that varying shapes of selenite are helpful. The skyscraper selenites tend to project Light into the room and help fill the areas with Light.

Salt lamps also help transmute energy.

I use a drum to break up really dense energy.

I find washing with peppermint essential oil helps clear energies out of clothing and linens.

One of my pet peeves is how many energy healers don't wash their linens or pillow covers between people. Some at least shake them out which helps some but doesn't come close to washing them. I find no mater what else you do to cleanse them there is still a residue that is best dealt with by washing with water.
