But there are a few energy healing products, tools, companies, and gifts that I have personally tried and recommend. Some are useful, some are just interesting or fun.

I never recommend a product unless I have personally used it.

	Mountain Rose Herbs is a fabulous place to get your essential oils. Most if not all of their oils are organic and sustainably obtained. The quality is excellent (they provide chemical analyses for each oil), the selection is good, and the service is excellent. Lots of other great products besides essential oils, too. A fun and "green" place to shop.
	is "an independent multimedia publishing company that embraces the world's major spiritual traditions, as well as the arts and humanities, embodied by the leading authors, teachers, and visionary artists of our time." Great company to buy spiritual, energy healing and inspirational books, CDs, instructional kits, and videos from. They carry many of the current leaders and teachers in the field. Always interesting and very high quality. I love their catalogs -- they always have some great interviews.
	The Relaxation Company (founded by pioneering sound healer Dr. Jeffrey Thomas) has a wide variety of CDs using brain wave entrainment technology. High quality music or nature sounds, behind which (inaudibly) have been embedded brain wave pulses for relaxation, sleep, creativity/meditation, or energy/focus. I use them a lot in my practice and at home -- they really work. My clients love them, and even my skeptical college-age daughter texted me recently, "Mom, this really works!"
	Hay House is Louise Hay's publishing house. You can find lots of wonderful books about energy healing and spiritual growth here, including books, CDs and videos by Abraham-Hicks (for example, The Vortex, by Esther and Jerry Hicks).
